At AWA Baby Boutique, every order is packed with care and love just like our little customers deserve.
We aim to make your shopping experience as seamless and delightful as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or new launches, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared.

Shipping Time & Rates

Domestic orders (within Canada): Delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International orders: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.

If you place an order from our store for delivery outside Canada, you may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All foreign taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the prices of our items or shipping fees.

AWA baby boutique will not be liable for these under any circumstances. If the charges of a held shipment are refused the shipment will be abandoned.

Delays

We work closely with our carriers to ensure smooth delivery, but once your parcel leaves our studio, transit times are out of our control. If your order seems delayed, please contact us  we’re happy to assist.
